Judicial Watch announced recently that a federal court has ordered the FBI to disclose additional details about FBI and other officials “cc-ed” on the memo used to justify launching the “Crossfire Hurricane” spy operation against President Trump and his 2016 presidential campaign. Judge Carl J. Nichols has given the FBI until June 16, 2022 to respond. The order comes in a September 2019 FOIA lawsuit Judicial Watch filed after the FBI failed to respond to a request for the memo, known as an “Electronic Communication” or “EC.”

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito pulled out of a public appearance Thursday in the wake of the unprecedented leak of his draft majority decision in a case that could reverse the landmark Roe v. Wade case which declared a Constitutional right to abortion.
The Federal Select Agent Program “is jointly comprised of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/Division of Select Agents and Toxins and the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service/Division of Agricultural Select Agents and Toxins. The Federal Select Agent Program oversees the possession, use and transfer of biological select agents and toxins, which have the potential to pose a severe threat to public, animal or plant health or to animal or plant products.”
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) scheduled meetings with the University of Pittsburgh (UP) after a UP leader asked for help deflecting public criticism over its fetal research, according to documents obtained by Judicial Watch.
